These things could be set at deploy-time:

[ ] memory allocated to the lambda function -- 128 - 1024 MB
[ ] how long the function is allowed to run for -- up to 60 seconds in preview
[ ] the maximum number of records to process per function invocation -- max is 100
[ ] where to start the iterator -- LATEST and TRIM_HORIZON are the available options.

These could be streambot template parameters:

[x] Number of shards in the stream -- default 1, otherwise provide via CFN parameter
[x] Bring-your-own-stream -- create one if you don't specify an arn

All configurable now via CFN
