add pypi badge on readme #43

@sgillies @dnomadb I would also suggest to add a github tag to match the version available on pypi!

I'm :-1: on this. We don't use fury.io in any way, so why should we use its badge instead of some other website's badge? I think it would be fine to wait until pypi provides its own.

@vincentsarago to track package releases I recommend something like dependabot and/or pip list -o.
