add basicstyle, rebuild and test #26

Adds additional option basicstyle when true creates Style tags and creates style reference thereto for features based on geometry type.

Also adds a test too.

I don't think this is the direction we want to go on - this bakes a lot of assumptions into tokml, including stuff like a hardcoded URL to an HTTP (not HTTPS) resource.
