create a Mapbox nuget.org Account.
- which emalil to use??
- I have a personal one (https://www.nuget.org/profiles/bergwerkgis)
create nugetspec (done in https://github.com/mapbox/vector-tile-cs/commit/f4c9a92295599e2835818d1044443c85ec60f3f1)
publish package
create scripts to automate

updated Nuget Package on nuget.org, will take a bit till it is available in Xamarin.

in the mean time use this with a local Nuget source:
