compilation errors in mapnik/svg/ (function template has already been defined) #105

After running the settings.bat file (with all settings left at default), the scripts\build.bat fails with some compilation errors in mapnik/svg/svg_path_grammar_x3_def.hpp and mapnik/svg/svg_parser.cpp Output from the build script is attached. I tried to diagnose the errors, but I cannot understand the mapnik code. build.log.txt

Sorry, this looks like a duplicate of issue #102... (should have read issues list before I posted, my bad)
