Upgrade to gdal 2.0 and enabled ODBC (MSSQL Server) #48

Wasn't able to build gdal 2.0.0 with VS2014 CTP4. Same error as with enabling ODBC support.

Build (gdal 2.0.0 with ODBC support) is successful with VS2015 RC. Will update, when VS2015 is available (scheduled July 20th): http://blogs.msdn.com/b/visualstudio/archive/2015/07/08/save-the-date-visual-studio-2015-final-release.aspx
