Remove or add all orientatons for topdown #224

Can you have the orientation arrows removed for topdown or for all to be added with a topdown render since no mater the direction on top down its basically the same just rotated. So making it so that all are there and work or they get removed entirely. capture

It should be possible to simulate all the four possible orientations in the browser by just changing the Leaflet coordinate system and rotating the tiles (maybe with css?). I'll put it on my list, but I can't really promise you that I will be able to implement it very soon.
