what's keyboard shortcut for "add a new property of the selected-object" in DailyBuild ver. ?

I'm a coder , not a designer , I like working by keyboard , so I hope there are keyboard shortcuts as many as possible , hah :) thanks

My english is very poor , sometimes I can't explain myself , I don't know could you understand me ... tears... :'(

There is currently no shortcut for it. Do you have any suggestions, maybe based on experience with other applications that do have such a shortcut?

in Mac , First select any row in peroperties-table , then cmd+ downArrow or option+ downArrow ?

About Custom Properties :

I hope could edit custom-property-name in the peroperty-table , like edit property-value.

now :

single-click the   property-name cell to select row,  
single-click the   property-value cell to select row and enter edit-value mode, 
CAN'T edit proerty-name (it's a bug ? )

suggest

 single-click the   property-name cell to select row,  (no change)
 double-click the   property-name cell to select row  and  enter edit-name mode,
 single-click the   property-value cell to select row and enter edit-value mode (no change)
