Can not change the defalut setting about the for parameters(Max cell size, Min cell size,Max cell capacity,Min cell capacity) and Can i change the default grid resolution into 0.5 degree? #27

You should be able to change all those by clicking on the values and drag the mouse left or right while holding down the button. If that doesn't work, please tell me which browser (and version) you are using.

I use the Mozilla browser(47.0.1), a Chinese version and Microsoft Edge browser.

thank you sir. I solve that problem already. the min grid resolution is 1 degree. but for a particular region, a 0.5 degree resolution will be better. now this software can accomplish this work?

and how can I determine the value of for parameters for my study?

Good, so you are able to change the minimum resolution to 0.5 degrees now if you want?

The application can't have different minimum resolution for different regions, but if you have a higher maximum resolution it will not be a problem for regions with not enough data to support 0.5 degree resolution. Then, depending on your data and the values you choose for min/max cell capacity, you may end up with 0.5 degrees resolution in a particular region and for example 1 or 2 degrees elsewhere.

You would probably have to experiment a bit with the parameters to understand how they would affect your particular study.
