WMS SVG Layer Support #395

Is there WMS SVG Layer Support in MFP v3? We are considering using MapFish Print v3 but would require this. I couldn't find it in the examples. If the support is not there, there might be a chance I can contribute this back as I don't think it should be too hard to do.

WMS SVG layers are currently not supported, but such contribution would be very welcome! Don't hesitate to ask if you have questions about how to add a new layer type.
