Mapfish Print Plugin v3 - WMTS Service

Dear all, I have the following problem.

I would like to print a map with the Mapfish Print Plugin. As a service a WMTS is used. Here is the link to the service: WMTS Capabilities

As a result I receive currently a pink background. This means that no tiles could be loaded. I currently have no idea how I could solve this problem. Has my JSON false attributes or I use the wrong URL? Tipps and ideas are welcome.

I'm sure the server logs will help to understand. Can you have a look at them and, if you don't find the solution, provide them to us?
