Pink map error with 1.6 release #136

I upload a dev server with the last 1.6 release and I have this log error on save:

msCGILoadMap(): Web application error. CGI variable "map" is not set.

Add the path to your cgibin url without the last / to local.ini, for example: cgi.url = http://demo.scribeui.org/cgi-bin
