Installation would not work. #102

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I use to use this Mapbook extension all the time.
2.Now the "Mapbook" tab no longer appears.
3.The only thing that I can think that has changed, we have changed our license 
manager

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What versions are you using?
Windows:XP
ArcGIS :9.3.1
Mapbook:tried installing latest issue with no success (9.3_2011-Oct-19)

Please provide any additional information below.

You could try the mini-mapbook release from 
http://code.google.com/p/arcmapbook/downloads/list. The main change from the 
oct-19 release is in the installing. 

Sometimes the troubleshooting/manual steps in InstallOn64bit and InstallOnVista 
have fixed things for XP users as well.

Also, there is a known incompatibility problem with Arc-FM which manifests as a 
missing Mapbook in the ToC, see #68.
