It would be nice to have a normal windows installer for arcmapbook.

The current process of unpack archive somewhere and run install.bat is
simple enough. However many are put off by it as the process appears harder
than it actually is.

See his thread for someone who has a recipe for using the open source NSIS
installer for arcobjects code.
