need to restart Arcmap to clear wrong choice of index layer attribute #28

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I've noticed that if I accidentally choose the wrong field to build a map
book on, I have to restart the ArcMap, because MapBook just keeps giving
errors even if I choose a unique field to build the book on.  So it seems
that the cache doesn't get cleared after the first error. 
Love the MapBook!  Thank you.
