Can not batch export map book #70

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Make map book series
2.Export series
3.ShowExporterDialog - This Key already associated with an element of this
collection.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect it to export each page as a pdf and i get this error:
ShowExporterDialog - This Key already associated with an element of this
collection.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows xp Arc9.3.1 newest map book

Please provide any additional information below.

this is issue#35 and as yet still unresolved, though two work-arounds have been
identified.
