Layer Filters not applied in Export Series #73

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Apply Layer Filters to one or more layers
2. Export series

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Each map should have the appropriate definition query applied to layers
affected by Layer Filters before export.  The Layer Filters appear to have
no effect at all when exporting the entire series.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
NW Mapbook March 2009

Please provide any additional information below.
ArcGIS 9.2 SP6
