problem with export and key plan

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. converting series map to PDF .
2. when i focus on layout index it focus on a part of the index not focus 
on all identifier frame as a key plan.i need it to focus on all the key 
plan not only the part i show in layout.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When converting PDF format it turn Arabic letter into Latin characters-as 
the jpg attached-, although while printing it show the Arabic letter 
without any problems

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Mapbook_for_9.2_2007.October.26 , XP

A work-around for the arabic-latin character switch problem is to Print to a 
virtual
pdf printer instead of using Export. There are a number of programs to do this 
with,
I personally like www.PDFCreator.org.

A solution for #2, if I understand your goal properly, is to create a large 
polygon
in your index layer which surrounds all the other polygons (the individual 
maps) and
make that one of the maps in the series. I hope my words make some sense, it's 
hard
to describe.
