no toolbar when Install on 64 vista #90

Hi,

I followed the same steps as has been addressed in this forum, although my 
problem is slightly different. The mapbook tab appears however the toolbar does 
not. Has anyone come across this before? 

I've tried everything else listed here.

Any ideas

as there are a number of places this has been discusssed, let us be specific. 
Have you tried this step from InstallOnVista:

    * Tools > Customize > Add from file
    * Browse path\to\mapbook\Visual_Basic and select "DSMapBookUIPrj.dll" 

"Map Series" should show up in the list of available toolbars.
