What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open an existing MXD
2.Click create/update grid
3.Click folder icon to chose a place to store the index layer
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Supposed to create an empty index layerd - instead i get an error: An error
occured trying to save the object names "index"
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ArcMap 9.3.1 Service Pack 2
Running Windows 7 64bit
Please provide any additional information below.
