What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open / Close Arcview
2. Community Viz extension installed
3. No Community Viz license checked out
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
All GIS users see the following error when opening / closing ArcView. Only the
user with a Community Viz license open project using the extension, do not see
this error.

Run-time error '91':
Object variable or With block variable not set
What versions are you using?
Windows: 7 Pro
ArcGIS : 9.31
Mapbook: latest
Please provide any additional information below.
Neither Community Viz or Arcmapbook have conflicts with other extensions, they
just don't seem to play nice with each other:(
