When you start Picasa from PS, the PS window can't be moved or minimized #15

Terry has a feature request:

A minor feature for a later release (unless it increases memory requirements)is 
the ability to minimise/move the PicasaStarter screen after Picasa loads. 
Currently, the fixed position stops me from seeing/using my other desktop 
shortcuts. 

My work around is to move the starter screen to a clear area on desktop 
before running Picasa.

Implemented by having MainForm minimize when Picasa is running.
Added a shortcut autorun name: AskUser that shows a database select menu and 
added it as a shortcut creation option.
