Hub view recent projects card actions #28

Description

The card on the HUB view currently is only a display of information. We should enable actions on it to allow the user navigate to his project quickly.

Requirements

[x] Add a button to navigate to the last edited version
[ ] ~~Add a dropdown to select and navigate to another version.~~

Second item won't be completed right now due to blocker relating to the dropdown. See #24
