Kartaview auth routers

• Kartaview login router and login function added.
• Sent user_name variable to display_sequence.html page to add the username to local storage after Kartaview login process is completed.
• Added kartaview-login.html file to redirect if Kartaview login cannot be found.
• Kartaview was added to the Flask session after authentication.
