This PR,

• Adds endpoint per new API changes for batch processing image_ids and/or detection_ids
• Adds .bat file to replicate Makefile for Windows users - Makefile is limited only to Linux users
• Adds endpoint as per new API changes for the new image_search endpoint
• Adds Config, and Logger class for global variables in the SDK, and for generating a default logger configured object
• Write tests for the config/api/ module, specifically add tests only for Entities module at the moment
• Adds new functions in the utils module for SDK usage, adds function to interface to configure Config class
