This change will enable us to make a mapillary_tools osx-x86_64 build again.

Could you keep macos-latest to support the ARM arch?

@ptpt I don't know, does it support building with multiple different mac versions? The x86 build should also work on arm Macs.

Yeah, x86 should work for both. Feel free to merge. I can take a look at the ARM later.
