Unify and list filename matches for long names and icons #108

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. uploading Hitchhiker's Guide to Galaxy on both iPhone and iPad

What is the expected output or behavior? What do you see instead?
Expected the Frotz to display the full name with associated boxart icon
with the same file on iPad as it did with the iPhone.

I had Hitchhicker's Guide to the Galaxy on my iphone as hhtg.z3 and it
appears in Frotz with the full name and a thumbnail of the original box
art. However, for the iPad it showed up as hhtg with the generic compass
star icon.

Took my a while but I found out that I had to change the filename for the
iPad to hhgttg.z5 to get the full title to display. However, the icon
remains to be the generic compass star.

What version of Frotz are you using?
1.4.1

What version of iPhone/iPod Touch OS? (2.2.1, 3.0, 3.1.2, etc.)
iPhone 3GS 3.1.3 (7E18) & iPad 3.2 (7B367)

What device model are you using (iPod Touch 2nd gen, iPhone 3G, etc.)
iPhone 3GS & iPad 3.2

Please provide any additional information below.

It would be nice to be able to customized the titles within Frotz's edit
screen and allow us to rename and add customized thumbnails.

For example, I have the same issue with Beyond Zork. But apparently, it
isn't associated since its not fully compatible. Still it would be nicer
to make those adjustments within the story browser. I found a copy of
Milliways (an unreleased and incomplete sequal to HHTG) and Zork: The
Undiscovered Underground (the teaser/prequel for the ZGI) which I think
could look nicer under Frotz.

Manual editing of story info and artwork is now possible in 1.5.
(Also, the BZ art is preinstalled and a few more HHGG alias names are
automatically recognized.)
