Add more space between lines on iPad

I would prefer for there to be more space between lines on the iPad version of 
Frotz. When I played a game in it, I didn't enjoy reading the text as much as 
I'd have liked; some of that is the font size (personally, I'd prefer 18 
points), some of that is the margins (which is already filed as Issue 104), but 
comparing it to other iPad text-based apps that I think are more graceful 
(Reeder, Instapaper), I think adding a bit more space between lines would help.

You can set the font to anything from 8 to 20 points in the settings.

I'll consider adding more inter-line spacing.  Although, for example, at 20 
points I think it already looks fine.  I think the smaller the font, perhaps 
the more space you need between lines to be readable.

Much nicer, that combined with the margins makes a big difference to me.
