multiple locations on the same project #36

shall we note this as projects 227a, 227b, 227c, and 227d maybe? (example of bodaboda sheds in different location, but same project)

how many projects have multiple locations @adeleakinyi ?

In Baringo there are only three cases: 44 and 227 (already corrected by Zack) and 142 (corrected now by me)

In West Pokot only two cases: -roads: 83 (corrected by me now) -points: 280 (corrected by me now)

By corrected, I mean that now they're unique, for instance 227a, 227b, 227c, 227d or 142a and 142b as @mikelmaron confirmed on whatsapp thread. I corrected only csv.

Point 44 a and b in Baringo are like two parts to same project, with shared budget but two comments on completion. They are water borehole and kiosk.

Points 227a-d are all boda boda sheds, which are separate locations, but same project, under same budget.

Projects 142 a and b are both at Mortuary at marigat hospital. Currently, however, appears to be two of the mortuary in OSM. So one must be removed and then the two projects associated to the correct one. I believe these projects have two budgets. 142a and b are the same mortuary, but one is construction and one equipping (with two different budgets). That's why we kept them separated.
