Implement first phase of UI Changes #129

First screen will have Open Studies , View Tasks,

OpenStudies opens the study list view View Tasks opens the SubjectEvents view

and finally Logout command.

This is just the first phase. After review more options will be added or removed.

The remaining screens remain as they were before for now.

I thought the first screen would have

  1. Studies
  2. Tasks
  3. Settings

We should remove subject events option from the study list view.

I think this will be good for the first phase.

Ah.. did not see the setting part in the Power Point that was sent

I would actually add both (settings and logout). Let us work with those for the first phase and see.
