Move the eyecons to their own column so the post titles are all aligned aligneyecon

Add a glyph to display the amount of incoming trade offers that a user has offerglyph

I just realized btw that the incoming trade offers glyph is only routed to the header on the landing page. Thoughts on if I should route it through the other pages?
