Add hover feedback on thread rows in landing page #16

  1. Made the whole thread row clickable instead of just the post text (I've been wanting this on mobile especially for a while)
  2. Added some hover feedback to the row and the tags.

hoverdarken Changed hover color to be a slight darkening of whatever the natural color is.

The compression of this gif is mangling how this actually looks. locally, its much smoother, and it doesn't fuck up the color of the space between the rows
