Add "order by" functionality to landing page #37

We should be able to order by: order by things like: hot, new, recent activity, top

Feel free to remove this from MVP.
I'm going to include it for now because I think it is very important to the user experience if there are many people commenting on different threads at once. Recent activity ordering would be really awful when there are like 10 threads currently actively receiving comments
