Skill casting support:

[x] Micrometeorite
[ ] Macrometeorite
- Where should we use this?
- Gremlins are a possibility, lets us skip the wrong type. Should wham take care of this for us? Unknown
[ ] Meteor Shower
- Normally we can cope with all combats. Do we need to use this? (Do we have the user use it manually when combat aborts for being stuck?)

Meteorite-Ade we can just ignore, not really relevant to runs, people can use when they wish

meteoreo and meadeorite will be taken care of automatically when kolmafia updates the expected adventures

Micrometeorite is in batfactors.txt, so gets used automatically
