I've been having some problems with ghosts:

Aborts when it tries to go to the icy peak
Keeps getting stuck in a shoot ghost loop, as have_skill returns true for both shoot and trap, for some reason

Added cold maximize for the peak ghosts, and deferring to WHAM for trapping ghosts
