Highlight progress bar of active quest #9

The progress sheet is helpful, but moves fast enough it isn't always clear which bar is being worked on by the quest loop at the moment. If the "active" progress bar was highlighted (symbol, different color, whatever), it'd be easier at a glance what the eye should be looking at as the scrollbars, well, scroll upwards.

Would it make sense to move the progress bars into a relay script instead of the gcli window?

Not to me - this script originally started as a way to get helpful progress into the gCLI. Ezandora's guide script is a pretty fantastic relay browser progress system already. Not opposed to this script having relay browser elements, but I'll leave it to someone else (you or others) to add that support.
