haplome #17

Hi there,

I am getting a raw haplome size of 595MB (bellow) which is very close to the genome size but the final assembly (ref.fa) is around 830MB. Any ideas of what can be happening?

HM_pathFinder.pl The raw haplome size is 595858894 bp; the raw haplome scaffold N50 number is 604; the raw haplome scaffold N50 size is 299418 bp; the raw size of unpaired scaffolds is 156096522 bp; the raw size of unpaired scaffold portions is 68753216 bp.
