Meaning of xfSc, xpSc scaffold prefixes? #8

Hi, Great job with this program! What do the prefixes 'xfSc' and 'XpSc' indicate in the output fasta file headers? I haven't been able to track this down in the manual, etc. Thanks

Dear Colleague,

XfSc/XpSc are sequences which are sequences or fragments initially flagged as unpaired sequences. "hm.batchB4.refine_unpaired_sequences" will reclaimed them and put them back to the main assembly file.
