Update the dependencies, but keep MapLibre v3 #226

After a patch release this is gonna be the latest version to support MapLibre v3. The next step would be to update to use MapLibre v4.

@Miguel-Sanches Looks like the build passes. We should be OK to proceed. I guess, there's no need to manually check this version, as there are no breaking changes. However, I'd ask you to do so when releasing a version for MapLibre v4.
