Add C++ Unit Tests for Android

• Add C++ Unit Test App for Android (test/android) to Android Gradle project
• Use default HTTP implementation with curl as prefab Gradle dependency. https://developer.android.com/build/native-dependencies?buildsystem=cmake
• Rename: maplibre.abis instead of mapbox.abis.
• Add test listener to see live GTest results in Logcat.
• TODO (future PR): fix StringIndexer.GetOOBIdentity.
• TODO (future PR): re-enable tests that require HTTP server.
• TODO (future PR): run on AWS Device Farm.
