Wraps all registerReceiver's in SDK check: if (Build.VERSION.SDK_INT >= Build.VERSION_CODES.TIRAMISU).
Adds waypointIndices builder option to NavigationRoute.

Thanks a lot for looking into this, I think this fixes an issue mentioned by @Fabi755 as well regarding the SDK check 👍

Just one minor thing, could you add your changes to the CHANGELOG.md?
