Use `org/maplibre/mlt` instead of `com/mlt` #116

If my understanding is correct (per Slack discussion), com in our Java code is the same as example.com - i.e. commercial domain. Since we are a non-profit, we should probably use org, and clearly indicate the origin - i.e. use org/maplibre/mlt structure in java code

👍 seems like a good change to batch with other changes which might cause conflicts (like the Java formatting PR)
