[Feature] let us filter! #867

Hi,

it would be greatly appreciated if we could filter by string (id, colors, etc.) inside the layer window to the left. Often times we work with 500+ layers and always finding the right one isn't easy. If we could filter or search for a string it would be way easier. Yes we could find the element inside the map and click the layername but that is also a timeconsuming workaround.

Yes, I thought about it too. If you'd like to open a PR I'll be happy to review it. I was thinking about an input box at the top of list of layers to let type and filter as you type, also a small "x" to allow clearing the filter.
