Try to fix #875 . Still a draft and a lot to discuss and finish.

[x] rgb with u8/u16/u32 as sample format supported
[x] rgba with u8/u16/u32 as sample format supported
[x] Single band gray tiff with u8/u16/u32/f32/f64 as sample format supported
[x] Make the padded part of tiff tile transparent
[x] Scaling raw values for non-8-bit && not rgb/rgba images
[ ] Support tiff file with maks(Will be added in the future PRs)
[ ] Support remote file(Will be added in the future PRs)
[x] Add tests
[ ] Add doc
