OGCAPI-Tiles Conformance? #930

Hi,

Wondered if alignment with the OGCAPI-Tiles standard is on the Martin roadmap?

@KoalaGeo Martin is mostly volunteer driven at this stage, so anything reasonable will get merged in. I personally have a goal of supporting font serving #755 as the next big thing, and do some more work on mbtiles support. Other volunteers have their own goals. I am all for supporting standards, especially if it doesn't significantly affect existing users. I will be happy to review any PRs :)
