if I fullscreen the output window, it goes on my display 1, aka laptop screen. I have not been able to fullscreen on my second display (projector). Also it would be nice to be able to move the fullscreen window, im a big fan of alt + left click and drag to move windows around, works with freeliner's fullscreen and other soft. And it can be a savior if your projector gets nudged.
This is with crunchbang waldorf, aka debian wheezy + openbox.
