The drive should also ideally include some royalty-free video texture files.

hello if you need some video texture i can do that, How many sec ? format and codec do you need? i ve got time to make it and also finish the new button that Sofian ask me month ago.here is the 3 button asked, if you need others ! send me a sign :-)best

First off when you import a video, it would be great if you can see it without adding a quad. Agreed. Like in the "source" window? As seen in screenshot 1, I imported video but have no idea what it is! Also a video thumbnail in the paints tab would help. But that's not as easy to do as it sounds. Secondly when loading a video with a resolution larger than the output window, it would be nice to automatically scale it so it fits in the output window.
Sure. Screenshot 2a shows the quad which I need to move around a bunch to even get to click on the corners. Ideally it would scale like screenshot 2b by default. There's many problems related to scaling of imported textures in the scene. We forgot to talk about it today in the meeting but this is a core issue which necessitates a good reflection. It should be part of our experience design guidelines. Thirdly it would be nice to see all the quads and friends at once in the source window and highlight the one that is manipulated instead of seeing them one at a time. In the source window? Are you sure. It seems weird, no? Mike what do you think?
