Cannot play a video #508

Hello,

I am trying to setup my house projections and I can't seem to play any videos. I am running Windows 10 with latest updates, AMD Ryzen 9 cpu, GTX 1070 graphics card and I have a projector with the extended desktop setup and responding to the graph and showing masks and solid colors. I have tried to put in videos and I am having no luck. I have a video convertor and have tried .mov .mp4 .avi (h.264) the old .avi (mpeg) and nothing works. when I import the video the play button changes like it is playing, but no video and no sound?!? I'm sooooo confused. Please help me!! Grid

Is your video plays outside of MapMap? Also, Try to play inside of Mapmap without second Monitor or Projector, just in single monitor only.

Hi Im new just started using this bout an hour ago and I ran into the same thing so I tried something and it worked for me I made my screen small then opened up the mapmap folder found plugins opened that up then dragged my video into that folder then it worked till I saved it then tried to reopen it and now it crashes every time.
