The CHIRPS source website https://data.chc.ucsb.edu/products/CHIRPS-2.0/global_monthly/cogs/ is not responsive, thus the quickstart vignette is failing. Hopefully this resolves soon.

Ah, that's good to know. I was about to investigate how this simple change would break all those builds.
