fixing preset icon view (was: up-to-date with iD) #25

I just did a merge from the OSM iD master branch, to keep up with UI changes and bug fixes

The only immediate bug which I noticed is that the preset icon is no longer visible... the way that these icons appear has changed in some way.

Update: gh-pages branch is cool, too

Nice! I was worried this would be harder, but it appears that keeping the code separate worked well.

Presets looking much better now... there are still other issues and one which I've hardcoded. Ideally we would be using the same code to make up the icons as the iD entity editor
